Stage 1: account and wagering checks

The operator may apply deposit-wagering rules, bonus restrictions, payment-method ownership checks or available-balance rules before a request can proceed.

Stage 2: security, KYC and AML review

Identity verification, enhanced due diligence and source-of-funds requests can create a hold. Read whether triggers are routine, threshold-based or discretionary.

Stage 3: operator processing

Published processing times are Operator-reported because we do not use real-money accounts or time withdrawals. An operator estimate is not an independent performance measurement.

Stage 4: blockchain broadcast

After approval, the operator creates and broadcasts the transaction. A transaction hash is the practical boundary between operator processing and network settlement.

Stage 5: network confirmations

Wallets and exchanges decide how many confirmations they require. Network conditions affect this phase, but fast confirmations cannot compensate for an unbroadcast request.
